AMANDA YOUNG, M.A., LPC
Every Age Every Stage Founder, Director, and Clinician
I believe counseling works best when it feels genuine and human. I meet clients where they are, viewing them as whole people and drawing on their experiences, interests, and passions to support growth and self-understanding. My approach integrates CBT, IFS, and DBT techniques within a trauma-informed and culturally aware framework, always tailored to each client’s unique needs.
With a background in both outpatient therapy and years of experience in the school system, I am well-versed in the demands of academic settings and the 504/IEP process, and I enjoy helping families navigate those systems. I primarily work with children, adolescents, and teens, though I also welcome adults. Creativity is an important part of my work. I strive to bring in engaging, relatable interventions to help clients build skills,
reflect deeply, and move toward the best version of themselves.
"To feel is to be human."
