I’ve worked in the mental health field in both community-based and outpatient settings and have experience working with people impacted by trauma, attachment wounds, social struggles, anxiety, depression, and neurodevelopmental diagnoses such as ADHD and ASD.


Through a strengths-based and collaborative approach, I use a range of therapeutic modalities to meet the unique needs of each child, adult, or family I work with.
