Every Age Every Stage Clinician
With a deep passion for helping individuals navigate the healing journey after trauma, I offer a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space for clients to process painful experiences and rediscover their inner strength.
I specialize in working with survivors of trauma including domestic and sexual violence, childhood abuse and neglect, and other overwhelming life events. The effects of trauma can linger long after the event has passed, impacting your relationships, self-worth, and ability to feel safe in the world. Therapy with me is collaborative, paced with care, and always centered around your needs and goals.
My belief is that healing is possible—not by forgetting what happened, but by learning how to carry your story with compassion and strength. You don’t have to do it alone. If you're ready to begin your healing journey, I’m here to walk beside you. I also bring my dog, Jelly Bean, to provide comfort for clients.
Come as you are, and I’ll meet you there.
