Every Age Every Stage Clinician
I’m so glad you’re here. Folks come to me when they feel stuck in survival mode, are at a critical point, or are simply not feeling like themselves. I know how difficult it can be to prioritize yourself when you’re caring for everyone else, whether you're active, love someone who is, or are retired from doing so. Showing up for yourself takes guts, and it’s a privilege to support you in that process.
My work is deeply informed by personal and professional experience with military, first responders and public safety, healthcare, and human services professionals. As the daughter of a LODI retired police officer, spouse of a Fire Lieutenant/Medic, former 911 Emergency Communications Officer, and former Division I volleyball player, I understand the unique demands of service-oriented lives and the potentially life-changing impacts of high stress and dangerous environments.
I understand and am competent to treat and repair the unique impacts of operational, organizational, and developmental trauma and stress injuries, including Moral Injury, burnout, and compassion fatigue—so you can process what you’ve carried, see yourself more clearly, and move toward who you’re becoming.
My approach is compassionate, strengths-based, direct, collaborative, and integrative. I create a welcoming space where you feel seen, can explore what hurts,
reconnect with yourself, and make meaningful sense of your story.
I welcome your humor and use it appropriately myself. You’re always running point—
I’ve got your back. I most value your trust, and I believe it is hard-earned.
