Every Age Every Stage Clinician
I have been providing clinical mental health support services since 2016, in settings including community crisis, acute psychiatric hospitalizations, group therapy, couples and family, and 1-on-1 talk therapy, as well as volunteer work with families of children in hospital Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICUs).
I believe that no matter where we are in life, life still happens. I am here to assist in your life journey. Anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, PTSD, worry, sadness, lack of or excessive amounts of sleep or motivation, attention, ADHD, health, wellness … we all have something we need to work on and grow from.
I am an enthusiast of all perspectives and communication. I am a believer that the
mind, body, and spirit must work together to achieve balance in life.
