Taylor Kotait MSW, Sisw
Every Age Every Stage Clinician
I take a person centered and strengths-based approach, meeting you where you are and utilizing honesty and empathy to foster a therapeutic relationship and build trust to meet goals in a solution-focused manner.
I provide a neurodiversity-affirming and direct approach in working with neurodiverse people, including individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, OCD, and those who have experienced trauma; approaching needs with empathy and lack of judgment. This often looks like tailoring interventions and strategies to support daily functioning and executive functioning skills, communication, social and emotional development, and managing impulsivity and attention.
Working in both inpatient and outpatient settings, I have experience with individuals, couples, and families experiencing life/role transitions and stress management, PTSD, anxiety and depression, mood and thought disorders, pregnancy and child loss, perinatal mental health, and neurodiversity.
Life is hard, sometimes all we need is a helping hand. a hand to comfort, to steady,
and to lift. Let me be that hand that guides you through the hard times
and supports you through the good times.
