My therapeutic approach has been shaped by my work in different settings, from community mental health to the medical world. In providing trauma informed approach at your pace, we will pair a client centered approach with skills driven work so that you see results in your therapeutic journey.

From my experience as an integrated member of a medical team, I specialize in supporting clients facing complex medical needs including chronic pain, multiple diagnoses, and health crises. Themes of grief and healing are central to my work, including facing end-of-life care. Lifelong recovery is also a theme in my work – whether you are living with addiction or trauma recovery, we will focus on developing the skills you need in your current life stage.

I am supportive of LGBTQ+ community.
